This is, hands down, the hardest thing I have ever put together. The instructions HAVE to be followed to the letter. Called for assistance and found out that there was not any to be obtained. No one in my area was available to assist in the construction. Called the number listed and the guy that answered simply said……”it needs to be TWEEKED a little to make it all come together…..whatever that means. I would not purchase another one of these and would suggest that anyone thinking about this item, to run the other way.
